Cut in-house, start to finish
We design, route and finish every piece on our own CNC table. Nothing is jobbed out, which is why we can take on a one-off shape or a logo nobody has cut before.
What that means for you
Made to order, not pulled off a shelf
Your shape, not a close-enough one
Every kit is cut from a drawing made for your surface. If we do not have a pattern for your model, we template it.
A proof before we cut
You see the layout, colors and artwork placement and sign off on it. Foam is not cheap and neither is your time.
Logos inlaid, not printed
Artwork is routed through a two-tone sheet so the second color becomes the graphic. It cannot peel off, because it is not stuck on.

Work for other shops
We cut branded panels, mats and step covers for other businesses: dealers, detail and tint shops, boat builders and outfitters. Your logo, your colors, your customers.
If you need repeat runs of the same part, talk to us about setting the pattern up once and cutting to order from it.
